PILOT SCOPE

Begin with a small founding group

The first affiliate round should include approximately five carefully selected cafés. Together we will test the standards, programme value, local operating effort and network support before a wider launch.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A credible local café first

Every pilot candidate must already be a responsible hospitality operator and be able to create a safe, useful entrepreneurial meeting place.

• Reliable Wi-Fi, power and comfortable seating
• Named community host
• Regular entrepreneurial programme
• Staff orientation and correct brand use
• Simple activity reporting and annual review

A Wicreation Affiliated Café

The pilot package is expected to combine local-name endorsement, programme formats, community-host guidance, selected member benefits, network participation and a shared location profile. The exact package and fees are not yet final.
